Ordering:

 

Please place all orders at least 48 hours in advance. All orders placed after office hours will be processed the next day.  Orders over $500 require at least 72 hours notice. Orders over $1,000 require at least one week's notice.

Delivery / Pick-Up:

 

Yes, we can deliver orders that are $100 or more! We will deliver within a 20-mile radius from our retail store. Please see check out for prices and details. If you would like to visit our store to pick up your order, see the map at check out.

Cancellation:

 

Customers may cancel catering orders up to 48 hours in advance with no fee incurred. Customers will be charged for 50% of the total order if the order is canceled between 24 and 48 hours. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will be charged the full amount. We will try our best to accommodate any modifications to orders.

Peanut & Tree Nut Policy

 

At Dog Tag Bakery, we strive to be a peanut- and tree nut-free establishment. We are concerned with the health and well-being of our customers. We understand the severity of both peanut and tree nut allergies and take every practical precaution to ensure that peanuts and tree nuts are not used in any of our products by doing the following: We do not use peanuts or tree nuts in any of our products. We do not allow peanuts or tree nuts to be present anywhere on our premises. Both our employees and our customers are prohibited from bringing peanut or tree nut products into the bakery A person with allergies must take responsibility for keeping themselves or their child with allergies safe from exposure. We cannot guarantee that our food is 100% free of nuts as there are many opportunities for nut residue to be introduced into our environment from other sources.
